Where do the leads come from?

Revonet compiles and analyzes a variety of B2B database sources to identify companies that will be looking to purchase telecommunications equipment and services often within 30 to 90 days. These lists are then sent to Sioux Falls, South Dakota where Revonet owns and operates a world-class call center facility. We have a team of highly trained and articulate telemarketing reps that call thousands of businesses each day regarding their telecommunications requirements and upcoming purchases. Many times we make more than 100 calls to locate a single qualified lead. We also compile data on every call we make so that we can effectively call back prospects that might be a lead in the near future.

Why are the leads so inexpensive?

Simply put, collective purchasing power. By spreading the costs of our research across a limited and carefully controlled number of clients, we can provide the same quality of leads that an exclusive research program might generate, but at a fraction of the price. Leads-On-Demand strikes a careful balance between cost and quality to yield the most effective ROI — this formula currently hinges upon our restriction to distribute each lead a maximum of six times within 60 days of its discovery.

Will my sales close rates decline if my competitors are also sharing these leads?

Revonet has found that most clients will experience close rates comparable to their current sales efforts when using our leads (and ROI is therefore higher — more on this below). Conducting hundreds of thousands of outbound calls each year, we have determined that companies make purchasing decisions based predominantly on value proposition, price point, brand and sales relationship, with only a very small percentage impacted at all by which vendor was the first to make contact. Real buyers invest their time to research options and select a solution based on the overall value of the solution for their particular needs. Additionally, Revonet only distributes leads 6 times within the first 60 days of discovery. This ensures that the buyer is not overwhelmed with sales calls and has a good mix of competitors from which to make their selection.

What happens after six companies get the leads in the first 60 days?

Because each lead represents an upcoming purchasing decision and it is likely that the opportunity will be closed by the end of the 60-day mark. At present, leads that remain open after 60 days will lie dormant. However, Revonet will continually analyze the close rates and determine how these still-viable opportunities can be best utilized without negatively impacting current Leads-On-Demand clients.

What ROI can I expect?

Because close rates should be comparable to your current sales efforts, your ROI should increase by the same multiple that your cost-per-lead is decreased. For example, if you receive five times as many leads from Leads-On-Demand for the same price as your current lead generation program, your ROI will simply increase by a multiple of five!

Is there a minimum commitment?

Revonet’s Leads-On-Demand solution is “pay as you go”. You can purchase as little as a single 20-lead package at a time. You are guaranteed your seat on the system as long as your account is funded and you are receiving leads.

What happens if I want to stop receiving leads?

You can stop receiving leads at any time. If there is any money remaining on your account, it can be refunded or you can opt to keep it on account for when you are ready to begin taking delivery of more leads. Note that if you decide to stop receiving leads, your position in the database may be taken by a competitor, even if you have money on account. In this case, you could either request a refund or to be placed on a waiting list to be reinstated.

Can I control how many leads I receive?

Revonet delivers the leads that fit your selection criteria in real time so that they conform to the upcoming purchasing trigger. The quantity you receive will be based on the geography selected and the contract value. Revonet can give you an estimate, based on historical data, of how many leads you can expect to receive and how often, based on your selections.

What if I want more leads in one city vs. another city?

At this time leads can only be filtered, not weighted by geography. Leads will be delivered as soon as they are discovered.

How can I select my leads?

Leads can be selected by city and MRC (Monthly Recurring Charges for telecommunications services). For example, you could select leads only for New York and Boston for companies that are spending at least $1,500 per month.

Can I select ZIP codes or counties within a city?

Revonet currently only allows for selection of an entire MSA. Submarket selection is not available.

Can I get leads for all of my sales territories?

Revonet currently offers 9 MSA’s with plans to expand to a total of 24 in the near future.

Can I use my own sales contact management software like Microsoft Outlook or Salesforce.com with my leads?

Yes; Revonet’s leads are software agnostic. The Leads-On-Demand solution focuses on targeting, compiling and delivering your leads, and does not restrict each lead with a proprietary format. Leads can be easily imported to your contact management software.

Can I pay extra to buy the leads exclusively?

Leads-On-Demand can only provide its groundbreaking pricing structure through its collective nature, and it is impossible to purchase these leads exclusively. Companies seeking customized programs can speak to Revonet about structuring an enterprise solution with dedicated telemarketing reps that will only makes calls on your behalf. While these custom programs have considerable upfront costs and long-term commitments, all generated leads become the exclusive property of the client.

What if other companies are already using all the leads in my target market?

If all the slots are filled within your selection criteria you have the option of being placed on our waiting list. This list is on a first-come, first-served basis. Revonet will contact you if and when your region becomes available.

What if a lead is inaccurate?

All information contained in Revonet’s leads is guaranteed to be accurate and deliverable. If for any reason a lead is not accurate and you cannot pursue the lead, you may return the lead and we will credit your account for one with commensurate value.

What if a lead is a current client and/or customer?

Leads-On-Demand currently does not verify that the leads you receive do not overlap with your current prospects or customer base. This “breakage” should be considered in your overall ROI calculation; however the highly discounted price of our quality leads will likely compensate for any breakage.

What is the maximum number of lead packages I can purchase?

There is no limit to the number of 20-lead packages you may purchase, and individual leads will be delivered to you continually as they become available. Revonet recommends estimating the number of leads you can act upon over the next 60 days and purchasing the appropriate number of packages. What information comes with the leads?

Every lead represents a real buyer that is a decision maker with a specific telecom project. Additionally, many of the current telecom and data service agreements are facing expiration so there is a call to action to make their purchasing decision within 30 to 90 days. These contacts have spent their valuable time providing additional critical details about their decision calendars, existing contracts, budgets, current telecom products, etc., and have requested to be contacted by companies such as yours.

How many other companies are going to be using the same leads?

Leads will only be distributed six times in the first 60 days of availability. These leads are distributed simultaneously to each Leads-On-Demand client with matching selection criteria. This ensures that the sales process can begin in a timely and unbiased fashion.

Can I find out what other companies are taking the leads?

Revonet takes confidentiality seriously, and does not disclose client names. While our skilled team is personally responsible for compiling the best possible data for Leads-On-Demand clients, our automated delivery system absolutely ensures that each lead is distributed no more than six times within 60 days of discovery, and that all clients are provided with unbiased access.

What is the difference between custom programs and the leads on demand?

Do I get to hand-pick only the leads I want?

Revonet’s data analysis, skilled telemarketers and web-based distribution system work as one to ensure that you receive timely leads that fit your required selection criteria for maximum close rates and ROI. The tremendous value of these leads, however, does not allow for the hand-picking of individual leads.

Can I split my lead packages between different MSA’s?

Yes, you choose the parameters of the leads you want to receive. For a nominal fifteen dollars additional per-lead fee, you can select as many MSA’s from the available list as you like. Without this additional fee, you will receive leads from all of our current MSA’s, delivered as each lead becomes available (not necessarily with evenly-spread geographic distribution).

When will the future MSA’s be available?

Revonet opens up new markets on a quarterly revolving basis when the quantity of available leads meets the needs of Leads-On-Demand clients.

Will the prospective client be aware that my organization will be calling?

Yes. All of our leads have requested to receive a sales call. However, we do not position what company will be calling or when.

How do I receive my leads?

You will receive access to a personalized portal that delivers customized sales leads within minutes of discovery. You can also direct the system to inform you via email when each new lead is delivered.

How do I access my account?

Revonet provides you with a URL and password for access to your secure portal. It is suggested that clients bookmark this URL, and note that your password will be required for access.

Does Revonet provide support for questions about my leads and accessing the system?

Yes, Revonet provides phone support through a convenient toll-free number. If you have any questions at all, you can speak directly to an account manager assigned to you able to answer your questions quickly and effectively. Your account manager is also there to help you use the leads and make sure the system is working for you.

Can I use any internet browser to view my leads?

Revonet recommends using Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 6.0 or later, for reliable access. Other browsers are not expressly supported, and may or may not function properly. Please contact us to arrange for a trial account if you wish to test the portal’s performance.
